With a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, she specializes in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and overwhelming stress through a unique approach she refers to as 'coffee on the couch counseling.' Tiya creates a safe and empowering space where individuals can experience couch clarity, build self-awareness, confidence, and resilience.
